Recently, we brought to you some leaked patent images of the upcoming BMW 4-Series Gran Coupe. Now, here are a couple of speculative renderings of the upcoming model.
The all-new BMW 4 Series Gran Coupe will make its public debut at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show in March 2014 and will go on sale in June.
As is a known fact, the Gran Coupe will share its wheelbase with the coupe and will come with a thicker B pillar and more than 400 litres of boot space. The renders shown here suggest that the car could have ‘edgy’ rear doors and a vent on each of the front fenders. The Gran Coupe will share its engine options with the coupe. This means that the car will get the 300 bhp, 3.0 liter six-cylinder petrol and a 240 bhp, 2.0 liter four-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine. The car will go on sale in four trim levels- 420i, 428i, 435i, and 420d. The US spec 4-Series Gran Coupe will be available only in 428i and 435i trims.
