Not willing to take chances by revealing its new car’s styling at the fast approaching Geneva Motor Show, what with fair chances of biggies taking away all the lime light from the mundane manufacturers, Hyundai releases the first few official images of the new i30 Wagon that will make its first public appearance at the above mentioned motor show. It may be noted that this bodystyle will join the regular i30 that has the typical 5 door layout.
The front end is borrowed from the sibling while the sloping roof line on the Wagon is quite pronounced in side profile. The wheelbase has been increased by 185mm to 4485mm. The car will come with best-in-class cargo area of 528-liters which can be increased by more than 3 times to 1642-liters on folding the seats.
As expected, the engines have been borrowed from the elder sister. 3 diesel and 3 petrol engines will be on offer and we are waiting for further details to come from the manufacturer.
