Triumph Launches 2024 Tiger 900 Range for India

Triumph Motorcycles has introduced the highly anticipated 2024 Tiger 900 lineup. However, there’s an interesting twist – for the Indian market, Triumph has streamlined the options to focus on two exciting and capable variants: the Tiger 900 GT and Tiger 900 Rally Pro.

Enhanced Performance and Features

Triumph’s decision to offer these two specific models highlights its commitment to providing Indian riders with exceptional options for their adventure needs. The Tiger 900’s trademark three-cylinder engine has received a major upgrade, delivering 13% more power compared to the previous generation. This translates to an impressive 108PS of peak power and a higher peak torque of 90Nm. The new engine also offers greater tractability at lower rev ranges, making it suitable for a variety of riding conditions. Additionally, it provides up to 9% better fuel economy.

Active Safety Features and Advanced Technology

In terms of safety and technology, Triumph has incorporated several new features into both models. All-new active safety features provide greater capability, including improved braking for better control and reduced stopping distances. The new emergency deceleration warning system, which activates hazard lights during rapid braking and deactivates them when you pull away, enhances safety.

The Tiger 900 GT and Rally Pro come with new 7-inch TFT instruments, featuring updated graphics and menus. Riders can also take advantage of the new USB-C cockpit charger. Moreover, My Triumph Bluetooth connectivity is now a standard feature on both models.

Unmatched Comfort for Long Rides

Triumph has paid special attention to rider comfort. The seats on both models have been redesigned to provide more comfort during extended rides. Heated seats are standard on both the GT and Rally Pro variants. The rider seat is flatter and more spacious, designed to ensure riders can enjoy extended rides without discomfort. For further customization, the seat height on all models is adjustable by 20mm.

Enhanced Handlebar Positioning

Triumph has also introduced a new damped handlebar mounting system, further enhancing the riding experience. In particular, the Rally Pro variant offers an improved handlebar position, with the bars positioned 15mm closer. This adjustment makes for a more agile ride, whether you’re sitting or standing while riding.

Sporty Design and Accessories

The 2024 Tiger 900 range comes with an aggressive design, featuring new bodywork across the beak, cockpit, and side panels. This design choice gives each motorcycle a bold and adventure-focused stance. Riders can also choose from contemporary paint schemes and graphics that add to the overall sporty look.

Triumph offers a comprehensive list of over 50 accessories for these models. Customers can select from four tailored accessory packs: the Performance, Protection, Trekker, and Expedition kits. These accessories are designed to enhance the riding experience, allowing riders to customize their bikes to their liking.

Pricing

Triumph’s Tiger 900 GT is priced at ₹13.95 lakh, while the more advanced Tiger 900 Rally Pro variant comes in at ₹15.95 lakh.
