Toyota India launches 5 Years Roadside Assistance Program!

Toyota India has launched a new 5-year Complimentary Roadside Assistance Program from the moment of purchasing a new vehicle. This trailblazing move underscores Toyota’s dedication to delivering a hassle-free ownership journey to its esteemed clientele. Beyond mere breakdown assistance, this RSA package is a testament to the brand’s promise of reassurance, convenience, and a shield of protection for every vehicle owner.

Highlights of Toyota 5 Years Roadside Assistance Program

One of the main highlights of this program is the ‘Find Me’ feature. This feature allows us to track customers quickly in emergencies, ensuring our customer support teams can respond promptly. Additionally, the complete digitalization of the RSA process, known as D-RSA, boosts service efficiency. This makes it even easier and faster for customers to get the help they need.

Meanwhile, the carmaker has also launched the Vehicle Custodian Service, providing an extra layer of personalized support. This ensures that customers receive prompt assistance and the necessary support right at their location. Moreover, it also allows them to continue their journey without any disruptions.

About the Toyota RSA Programme

Since its launch in 2010, the RSA Program has been a crucial aspect of TKM’s customer-focused approach. It offers immediate roadside assistance to valued customers in times of emergencies. This service is included in the new vehicle package and includes various essential features.

Meanwhile, the RSA Programme offers a variety of features and support to its customers. It includes support for vehicle breakdowns, towing after accidents (for instance, when the vehicle can’t be driven), jump-starting dead batteries, etc. Moreover, it also includes fixing tire punctures, aiding in low fuel situations or vehicle key problems, and even arranging taxis for distances of up to 50 kilometres.
