It has emerged that Crewe based luxury car maker Bentley is close to launching the all new Bentley Continental Flying Spur. The current generation of Continental Flying Spur has been soldiering on since 2006 and it indeed is time for the European car maker to come up with the new generation of the Flying Spur.

Seen here is a teaser of the all new Bentley Continental Flying Spur. The VW-owned British auto manufacturer will take the wraps off the new Spur at the Geneva Motor Show on 6th of March.

The 2014 Bentley Continental Flying Spur will sport an evolved design that will feature a pair of new design headlamps, a new front grill and a revised front bumper.  The headlights will bear pretty similar to the ones seen on the new Continental GT.

In side profile, the car will look almost the same as the current model with the biggest difference being a sleeker profile for the rear windows. At the tail end, the car will get a new pair of tail lamps that will sport LEDs and the car might also come with a revised front bumper.

On the inside, the car will come with new upholstery, a new steering wheel that will come from the Continental GT and of course, more features.

Engine options for the car will be a tweaked version of the twin turbo W12 engine and the V8 motor that powers Continental GT.

Mr. Luc Donckerwolke, the new design director at Bentley says that the future Bentleys will be more distinct in appearance. Donckerwolke has previously worked at Lamborghini.
