Tata Tigor EV

Tata Tigor EV To Borrow Features From Tiago EV

Tata recently launched the new Tiago EV which is the cheapest EV that you can today. Understandably, the Tiago EV sits below the Tigor EV in Tata’s electric car lineup. Tata has armed the hatchback with every feature you will need and then some more. In fact, the cheaper Tiago EV is more loaded than the Tigor EV. However, this will change soon as Tata will launch the updated Tigor EV with more features that it will borrow from the Tiago EV.

The Tiago EV borrows a lot of its features from the Nexon EV Max like selectable regen modes, cruise control, etc. When the Tigor EV was launched back in 2021, these features weren’t offered even in the Nexon EV lineup. Now that both the Nexon and the Tiago have these features, the Tiago will receive the added kit as a part of a midlife refresh. The Tiago EV gets a host of additional features over the Tigor EV like cruise control, multiple-level regenerative braking, leatherette seat upholstery, rain-sensing wipers, tire pressure monitoring system, and 45 connected car features including smartwatch connectivity. Though we don’t expect any major updates to the design, Tata could add a new design for the wheels. The updated Tigor EV is expected to remain mechanically unchanged.
