  1. Varun Singh Gill is right! The service centres are generally hostile, they don’t seem to like the car, and they don’t seem to like the idea of the client getting 4 free service coupons. I found that at the service centers the attempt was either to sell you something extra, or to not provide some features that the company offers from time to time, like the glove compartments and so on. Now, most of the Delhi service centers are closed, but instead of making and extra effort to help a client, the remaining centres are most unobliging. Tata Motors should concentrate on training the service centre staff to be more loyal and professional. For the 3rd service of my Nano LX, the centre refused to accept a coupon, the last of 4 coupons given to me! I had to pay Rs.3000/- for a simple routine service and someone put oil stains on my car seat! No effort was made to clean it and no apologies offered.

  2. lol …… i did ……. the highest bid i got was a 70000 for a 8000 km driven …… dent free ……. 9 months old …… compared to 2.4 lacs i put in 9 months ago for it ……. so i put it to better use ……. i gave it to my driver who uses to it go back home and come back early in the morning ……. rofl …….. ONE U BUY A NANO UR STUCK WITH IT ….. U CAN SELL IT, U CAN'T GIVE IT AWAY …. 🙁

  3. nano is a gud 3rd car in home, that is if u can manage with the horrible service centres and run-in repairs. the very expression on the face of service centre executives is enough to make u feel guilty of owning one. instead of putting up make-up in new cars tata should work on seeing how the existing customers are treated.
