Tata AutoComp systems, an auto-component conglomerate, recently completed the acquisition of TitanX – a global engine cooling supplier. Speaking on the occasion, Praveen Kadle – Chairman, Tata AutoComp Systems said that with the acquisition of TitanX, they look forward to leverage TitanX’s global presence that fits well into their global growth strategy. The acquisition reiterates their commitment in delivering solutions that will cater to the changing needs of global customers. Ajay Tandon, MD & CEO, Tata AutoComp Systems added that the acquisition of TitanX will help strengthen and enhance their offering to their commercial vehicle customers outside India. Through the acquisition of TitanX they will have the scale, portfolio and resources necessary to usher in a new era of innovative products and solutions for their global customers. In India, they have Tata Toyo Radiator Limited, a Joint Venture with TRAD, Japan, which will continue to serve its customers in the region.
