Suzuki GSX-R1000 Commemorative Edition Launched to Celebrate 1 Million GSX-R bikes

Suzuki has manufactured more than one million GSX-R bikes. In order to celebrate the one millionth GSX-R, the bike maker has introduced a celebratory edition of the hot and very desirable GSX-R 1000. Only 1985 units of the Commemorative edition bike would be ever sold. Out of these, 1000 bikes are headed for sale in the US.

Cosmetic changes on the limited edition GSX-R 1000 include gold-anodized front fork caps, gold coloured front fork tubes, red coloured rear suspension, new mag wheels and a new key chain with the ‘R’ logo.

Every Suzuki GSX-R 1000 Commemorative Edition bike will sport a serial plate with its unique serial number.

The Suzuki GSX-R1000 limited edition will cost $200 more than the standard version and will come with a sticker price of $13,299.
