Tata Motors showcased the Nano Twist Active Concept at the Auto Expo 2014 in February. Soon after the Expo unveiling, we brought you the first spy pics of the Tata Nano Twist with AMT. Now, the Tata Nano Twist Active with an openable boot has been spied in Coimbatore.
The Nano Twist Active gets a slightly revised front fascia with a new set of headlights, new bumper and new bonnet trim.The car seen here in the image also gets a set of revised taillights and a new rear bumper which has been retained from the Nano Twist Active Concept.
On the inside, the car would feature an Electric Power Assisted Steering or EPAS, a new instrument console, beige upholstery and higher quality of plastics. While the engine details of this car are under wraps, it is likely to powered by the 1.0 liter 3 pot petrol engine with a max power of around 67PS. With its low kerb weight and a 67 PS of power, the Nano Twist Active will be quite a peppy car to drive
Tata Motors will be launching the Nano Twist Active with openable boot by end of this year or early 2015. With the Nano Twist Active, Tata is trying to project the Nano as an upmarket product. With an openable hatch, the car will become more practical and would certainly find more new homes.
