The Skoda Rapid facelift has been caught undisguised for the first time, and it looks quite like the current generation Fabia, the one that never came to India. Up front, the Rapid’s conservative face has been swapped with an edgier, sharper grille, while the headlamps have grown and sharpened up as well, accommodating projectors now. The new front bumper is Octavia-like, with large fog lamps and a mesh grilled intake. The sides continue unchanged, apart from a new set of wheels perhaps. At the back, expect revised tail lamp graphics and mildly revised bumper. This is the first major facelift for the Skoda Rapid, since it was introduced to the market in 2011.
