Audi India recently concluded the sixth edition of the Audi Twin Cup with participation from 33 Audi dealerships across India. A total of 92 teams comprising of 241 Audi dealer technicians and service advisors competed for the coveted championship titles. Six technical and six service teams made it to the exciting finals where the team from Audi Okhla bagged the top spot in the Technology category and Audi Chennai topped in the Service category.
The Audi Twin Cup tests the customer orientation and technical knowledge of the participants. The technicians and service advisors compete in the areas of diagnostics and repair, as well as in personal customer support. In addition to specialist competence, close and efficient cooperation between service advisors and service technicians is the primary determining factor in achieving top performance in the realistic work situations.

In the keenly contested India finals of the sixth edition of the Audi Twin Cup, the team from Audi Okhla exhibited exemplary technical skills to emerge as a winner in the category of Technology, while Audi Chennai demonstrated their expert service skills to bag the title in the Service category. The winning teams will go on to represent India at the World Finals in 2017 competing with around 73 teams from 38 countries.
