Have you been saving up for a brand new Royal Enfield Classic 350? If yes, then we have a bad news for you. Royal Enfield seems to have failed to keep up with the rising demand of its Classic 350. This is the reason why RE has stopped the bookings for the particular model up till year end.
Even though the bookings for the Classic 350 have been stopped for the time being, the bookings for its 500cc sibling will continue. However, the delivery of the RE Classic 500 takes place after a long waiting period of about 6 months. The company hadn’t expected the huge demand for the model which has compelled the firm to take this decision. The pending orders will be first cleared off and only then will the fresh bookings begin.
Royal Enfield manufactures about 650 units monthly out of which 300 units make its way to the Indian market while the remaining 350 are exported globally. In order to cope up with the rising demand, the firm is under the process of developing its infrastructure to prevent such holds on bookings again in the future.
