The Lamborghini Blancpain Super Trofeo Asia Series is coming to Korea for the first time ever. On August 09-11, the Inje Speedium will host the 3rd round of 6 in this extraordinary championship, jointly held by Italian luxury super sports car maker Automobili Lamborghini and Swiss Haute Horlogerie manufacturer Blancpain.
Continuing the success of this ultimate lifestyle experience and marking the first ever venue to host the Super Trofeo in Korea is the brand new Inje Speedium. Here, Korea joins the exclusive world of gentlemen racing and the second consecutive year of this exciting championship in Asia.
There is plenty to look out for in this 3rd stop of the Super Trofeo Asia Series 2013, which has already witnessed a plethora of remarkable motorsport. Over the last two stops, the International circuits in Shanghai in China and Sepang in Malaysia have seen glorious triumphs from both Chinese and Malaysian gentlemen drivers.
Enjoying familiar surroundings in this round of the Super Trofeo 2013 is distinguished actor and singer from Korea, Ryu Si-Won. With a relentless passion for extreme and competitive driving in the realms of Lamborghini, Ryu Si-Won faces new boundaries as he strives to bring victory for Korea this coming weekend. The first ever female contestants in the Super Trofeo Asia Series, Rally Marina Sa from Indonesia and Mika Kagoshima from Japan, also take the limelight in this forthcoming race as they continue to race for ultimate glory.
Located in the North-East of South Korea and with a rich surrounding landscape of mountains and valleys, the remote and picturesque Inje Speedium inherits the country’s unique cultural identity of the traditional and modern, which will now encounter new measures of extreme competition from the Raging Bull. With 4.2 km of new surfacing, high-speed corners and an unprecedented scope for racing excellence to be had, Inje Speedium will provide gentlemen drivers with a fresh arena of competitive challenges and racing experience.
Quick learning and adaptability will count for everything on this track, which also welcomes for the first time ever the Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 Super Trofeo 2013. The advanced proficiencies in aerodynamics and handling performance of this championship’s feature model comprise an instrument of motorsport that will allow contestants to infuse the young Inje Speedium with an uncompromising standard of super sports car racing.
