Another set-back for the company would be the dwindling sales of the EcoSport which is facing a tough competition from Maruti Suzuki’s Vitara Brezza. The effect was such that Ford had reduced the price of the EcoSport by around Rs. 1 lakh just a day after the prices for the Vitara Brezza were announced. As the prices were reduced, the crossover managed to achieve its highest sales in recent times.
