Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) has opened bookings for its much-anticipated 4th Generation Dzire. The new model, touted to bring progressive design and segment-first features, aims to build on the Dzire’s reputation as India’s highest-selling compact sedan.
Design and Features
The 4th Generation Dzire introduces a modern design philosophy aimed at appealing to a wider audience. The new model features updated front and rear fascias, with sharper lines and contemporary styling elements. Inside, the Dzire offers a revamped interior with a focus on comfort and convenience.

The upcoming Maruti Suzuki Dzire will feature the same 1.2-litre, three-cylinder Z-series naturally aspirated petrol engine found in the Swift, delivering 81 bhp and 111.7 Nm of peak torque. It will offer two transmission options: a 5-speed manual and a 5-speed AMT, similar to the Swift. Additionally, Maruti Suzuki is expected to launch a CNG variant of the Dzire shortly after its debut.
