The all new Santa Fe has been in news since some time now. That the new car is headed to us is a known fact. However, there have been some reports suggesting that the India launch of the Next-Gen Santa Fe would be delayed by a few months. Nevertheless, the test mules of the upcoming car continue to be spotted testing on Indian roads.
Seen here is a new spyshots of the upcoming car. It is almost for sure that we would get the 7 seater variant for our market and this is thanks to the fact that almost all other cars in the competition come to us in a 7 seater layout.
It is being said that the next-gen Santa Fe will come to us with the same 2.2L diesel motor which powers the current car. This engine produces a max power output of 194bhp and a peak torque figure of a good 422Nm. Safely expect the engine to get some minor tweaking for the new model.
