A rider looking for an affordable adventure bike usually has to choose between simple road focused motorcycles and more expensive machines. Bajaj could soon give buyers another option. The company is preparing a new adventure motorcycle for India, with Brazil also set to play an important role in its launch plan.
Bajaj Brazil executive director Waldyr Ferreira has hinted at a December 2026 introduction in Brazil. He described the motorcycle as a possible Christmas gift and also confirmed that some units are already there for testing and homologation.
What the new Bajaj ADV could offer
The motorcycle has already been seen during testing in India. Its design gives away several details.

The test bikes appear to use a 19 inch front wheel and a 17 inch rear wheel. Some reports have also suggested a 21 inch front wheel, so the final production setup will need confirmation from Bajaj.
Pulsar N250 engine could be used
Bajaj has not confirmed the engine yet. One strong possibility is the 249cc air and oil cooled motor from the Pulsar N250.

Bajaj may change the engine tuning and gearing to suit adventure riding. The bike is expected to have good ground clearance and suspension travel for broken roads and light trails.
India launch and expected price
The company has not announced an exact India launch date. The motorcycle could reach Indian showrooms before the Diwali period if development stays on schedule. The name Trekker has also been trademarked by Bajaj, although there is no official confirmation that this will be the final name.
A price between Rs 1.5 lakh and Rs 2 lakh could make the bike a strong alternative to the Hero Xpulse 210. It could also sit below larger motorcycles such as the Suzuki V Strom SX and Yezdi Adventure.
Bajaj has not had a dedicated adventure motorcycle in its range for many years. The upcoming bike could finally fill that gap with a simpler package and a more accessible price.
