New 2015 Audi TT & TT S Pricing Announced for Germany

Ingolstadt based car maker Audi has announced the pricing for the 2015 TT and TT S for the German market. The 2015 Audi TT and TT S are currently undergoing a testing exercise in India as a part of the global testing program and will be launched next year in the Indian market.

“This car offers customers exactly what they expect of a compact sports car,” says Prof. Dr. Ulrich Hackenberg, Board Member for Technical Development at AUDI AG: “The new generation combines authentic design with dynamic driving qualities and making art directly on the road – starting with the significantly improved once again power to weight ratio on the sporty and confident handling up to the quattro drive system that distributes the optimum moments in the TT on the front and rear axle. “

The 2015 Audi TT can be ordered starting tomorrow and pricing starts at €35,000 for cars which feature the 2.0-liter TFSI four pot mill under the hood. This motor churns out 230 PS (169 kW) of max power and 370 Nm (272 lb-ft) of peak torque. The model dismisses the 0-100 kmph mark in a mere 5.3 seconds when equipped with S tronic transmission and takes 6.0 seconds to do the same when ordered with the six-speed manual tyranny.

The 2015 Audi TT TDI costs €35,900 and is powered by a 2.0-liter TDI four pot mill which pumps out 184 PS (135 kW) and 380 Nm (280 lb-ft) of torque. Being a diesel, the car is a bit slow to the ton and takes 7.2 seconds. On the other hand, the TT TDI consumes just 4.2L/100km (56 mpg US / 67.2 mpg UK).

The range-topping TT S will cost €49,100 when it goes on sale this fall. It features all the usual S upgrades as well as a 2.0-liter TFS four pot mill that belts out 310 PS (228 kW) of max power & 380 Nm (280 lb-ft) of torque. The model hits the ton in a scant 4.7 seconds.
