Volkswagen has come up with the new Jetta TDI Value Edition in United States. The budget-oriented new 2014 Volkswagen Jetta TDI is based on the Jetta S model and starts at 21,295 USD.
The new Jetta TDI Value Edition comes is powered by a 2.0-liter, 4 cylinder, TDI Clean Diesel engine that comes mated to a six speed manual gearbox. The 2014 Volkswagen Jetta TDI Value Edition has a fuel economy of 42 mpg US (50.4 mpg UK or 5.6 liters / 100 km) on the highway. Buyers of the Jetta TDI Value Edition can opt for a six-speed dual-clutch DSG automatic gearbox for additional 1,100 USD .
The 2014 Volkswagen Jetta TDI Value Edition manual transmission variant is as much as 2,330 USD cheaper than the Jetta TDI Clean Diesel.
