It has emerged that iconic bike maker Indian Motorcycles is readying itself to step into the fast developing Indian bike market. The manufacturer might arrive in our country as soon as in 2014.
The new Indian Chief will be the first Indian Motorcycles product that will go on sale in our country. We aren’t too surprised to know that the manufacturer might be headed our way. What with most international bike makers deciding to open shop in India? Famous bike manufacturers like Ducati, Harley Davidson and BMW Motorrad are already here and have tickled the taste buds of Indian bike aficionados.
Indian Motorcycles has already started teasing the new 2014 Indian Chief on their official website. The 2014 Indian Chief will be powered by a new Thunder Stroke 111 engine which is expected to bestow the new bike with adequate performance figures. In India, the bike will battle it out against the Harley Davidon bikes, CKD assembly of which commenced in India earlier this year.
Stay tuned for more on the India launch of 2014 Indian Chief.
