We reported in detail when the new Euro-Spec Hyundai i10 2014 was unveiled through a set of images in early August. Now, the car has made its public debut at the ongoing Frankfurt Motor Show and here we have all the details and a handful of images of the new car.

While the India spec new gen Hyundai i10 has been christened as the Grand i10 and will find itself slotted in between the i20 and the last gen i10, the Euro spec car comes with a different styling, more features and will be a replacement for old i10 in Europe.

Visually, the two cars have quite a few differences with the rear doors and the window line being completely dissimilar in design. The Euro spec 2014 i10 also doesn’t get roof rails.

The 2014 Hyundai i10 is larger than the current car. The new i10 is longer by 80mm, wider by 65mm and lower by 50mm. The wheelbase of the new gen i10 is 5mm longer.

For Europe, the 2014 i10 will be offered with a 1.0-liter 3-cylinder petrol and a 1.2-liter Kappa2 petrol engines. While Indian 2014 i10 gets a 1.1 litre oil burner, a diesel engine hasn’t been confirmed for the Euro spec model.

It is very likely that the 2014 Hyundai i10 would become a bigger success story than the old car. Stay tuned to Motoroids for more updates on both the 2014 Hyundai Grand i10 and the ongoing 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show.
