National Racing Champion Rajini to race in 2014 QSBK

Rajini Krishnan has been just awarded a fully sponsored run in the 2014 QSBK, by the QMMF (Qatar Motor & Motorcycle Federation). He will race in the seven round superbike championship(1000cc) that starts on Oct 23, 2013 at the LOSAIL International Circuit, Qatar. This unprecedented development will make the fastest Indian rider, the first from India, to be awarded a fully sponsored run in an International racing championship.This comes in the wake of his performance in the 2013 LOSAIL Asian road racing series(600CC), that saw him create history, by winning the championship.For the 2014 QSBK, Rajini would be racing a SUZUKI GSX-R1000 motorcycle, competing against experienced riders from across the world.The Championship consists of 7 rounds that take place at the LOSAIL International Circuit, Qatar beginning from Oct 2013 up-to May 2014.
