Now, we have come up with some more BMW M3 images, brought to you LIVE from Detroit Motor Show.
Powering the new BMW M3 sedan is an inline-six TwinPower Turbocharged 3.0-liter engine that belts out 431 HP and 550 Nm.
Also, on being compared with the last gen model, the new M3 sedan is 25 percent more fuel efficient. It has a fuel efficiency of 26.7 mpg in US cycle with the manual and 28.3 mpg in US cycle with the DCT.
The new M3 sedan comes kitted out with reworked MacPherson struts at front and revised multi-link suspension at rear. These revisions have been made using lightweight components. The new BMW M3 sedan rides on 18-inch alloy wheels that come shod with 255/40 front and 275/40 rear tires. 19 inch wheels are optional.
The new BMW M3 sedan is capable of dismissing 100kmph from standstill in just 4.1 seconds, when fitted the optional 7-speed M DCT. With the standard six speed manual gearbox, it takes only 0.2 seconds more and dismisses the ton in 4.3 seconds. Top speed is restricted to 155 mph (250 kmph). However, opting for the M Driver’s Package raises it to 174 mph (280 kmph).
The new BMW M3 Sedan will be manufactured in Regensburg.
