Road Rage Driver vs Rider

Motorcyclist runs for life as angry car driver tries to take him out

Road-Rage - Driver vs Rider - 1

Update: As reported by Local10, both, the motorcyclist and the car driver have been arrested. Rone Gonzalez, the 23-year-old motorcyclist is charged with reckless driving while the car driver, Kristian Rosa, 30, is charged with felony Aggravated Assault with a motor vehicle along with misdemeanor reckless driving.

A road rage video has been doing the rounds of the social network where a car driver is constantly trying to take out a motorcyclist by driving coming into his way. The rider, scared of death, was forced to ride into the wrong lane just to stay away from the angry car driver. The first video that has been doing the rounds for quite some time, however, does not reveal why the guy in the red sedan was so pissed off on the motorcyclist.

Here is the video where the driver of the red sedan hurls abuses and tries to take out the rider:

After realizing that the motorcyclist has a helmet camera installed, the car driver pulls out his camera phone, while continuously driving dangerously close to the motorcycle rider. The driver of the red sedan even punches the motorcyclist before he gives up the chase near an intersection.

So what exactly happened? Here is the first part of the video:

The motorcyclist and the car driver seem to have an argument as the latter dangerously accelerates from behind the motorcycle rider at a traffic light. After showing the car driver the finger and a verbal argument on the next traffic light, the rider hits the rear-view mirror of the car. The furious driver of the red sedan begins to chase the motorcyclist, constantly trying to knock him down.

After watching both the videos, who do you think is at fault here? Share your views with us through the comments section below.

  1. What the motorcyclist did by pulling up between the vehicles at the red light is not considered illegal in most states.
My husband/sheriffs deputy and avid motorcyclist has told me that when I’ve seen motorcyclists do this.
The guy in the red sedan had no reason to be angry. I do believe that the guy in the red sedan is at fault but the motorcyclist should have taken his bike and written to the nearest police station to report the incident. The situation does not, NOT give him the right to drive recklessly.

  2. Meeth panchal

well first off in some states lane cutting/ splitting is not allowed ….. the motorcyclist did just that and hurt the ego of the car driver and parked in front of the car …. so i think if the motorcycle rider hadnt done that, this wouldnt have happened..

  3. The Ford fusion guy is a total jerk and is responsible for such arrogant & aggressive act. You can clearly see The R1/R6 guy was lane splitting which BTW is legal in America . But this fusion guy must have had a bad day with his wife/ boss and it resulted him being a dickhead in front of everyone and also putting an innocent rider in danger !
