MOTO-REV India at the 2010 FIM Asia Road Race Championship

Petronas FIM Asia Road Racing Championship completes its third round of the 2010 season at the Sentul International Circuit, Indonesia.
MOTO-REV India, the only Indian team in the championship participated in the 600cc supersports category with Makoto Inagaki and  Toshiyuki Hamaguchi.

Race-1:
Makoto Inagaki finished 7th in  Race 1 with a best Lap Time of 1:33.418. On the other side of the same garage,  Toshiyuki Hamaguchi who qualified in 4th position on the grid couldn’t complete the race. Due to an ‘engine failure’ he could only complete 7 laps  before he retired.

Race-2:
Toshiyuki Hamaguchi finished 4th with a best Lap Time of 1:32.188 while Makoto Inagaki finished 11th with his best Lap Time of 1:33.387.

Race 2 was tough and all riders had to work hard in order to keep up with the pace of the race. Thanks to the two talented drivers, Inagaki and Toshiyuki who have managed to score 48 and 35 points in the championship respectively, the team grabs  the 4th spot with 60 points in the Championship standings.

If they continue to perform in the same way, MOTO-REV might grab one of the top-3 spots in the championship.

We wish them best of luck for this wonderful effort of their’s.
