Mercedes-Benz is gearing up for the launch of the new GLC facelift in India. Ahead of its launch, the German carmaker has dropped the teaser revealing the main highlights. The SUV is all set to be launched in the coming weeks and bookings will be commenced soon.
The Exterior of the Mercedes-Benz GLC facelift
On the exterior front, the renowned German car manufacturer has made several tweaks to the design of the GLC facelift. In the latest teaser, the exterior design changes in the new GLC facelift are evident. The new GLC facelift gets the new LED taillights, redesigned dual-tone alloy wheels, and chrome door handles. Meanwhile, the rear bumper of the new GLC facelift gets the redesigned twin-tip exhaust muffler and an integrated spoiler.
The teaser has not showcased the changes to the front profile of the GLC facelift. Yet, we can expect several tweaks to the front profile like new LED headlights with DRLs, and single-slat chrome grille. The GLC will also get the new roof rails for an added sporty stance.
The Interior and Features of the Mercedes-Benz GLC Facelift
Like the exterior, the new GLC facelift will get several tweaks on the interior design. In the teaser, the carmaker showcased the central armrest only. However, the carmaker will introduce the new dashboard in the GLC facelift with a different layout. The new dashboard will accommodate 3-AC vents above the central console.

In terms of the powertrain aspect, the new Mercedes-Benz GLC will be powered by petrol and diesel engine options. However, the carmaker will introduce the updated powertrains with a mild-hybrid set-up for enhanced fuel efficiency.

Meanwhile, the new Mercedes-Benz GLC facelift is expected to get the EQ boost feature and hybrid AWD system. The EQ boost feature is a part of the mild-hybrid system which provides an additional boost of 200nm of torque.

Mercedes-Benz India will launch the new GLC facelift in the coming weeks. It is expected to be priced at Rs. 65 Lakhs to 72 Lakhs Ex-showroom. The new Mercedes-Benz GLC facelift will continue to compete with BMW X3, Audi Q5, and Volvo XC60 in the Indian market.
