However, the German brand understands that along with their cars, their niche customers also have an extended weakness for the best cuisine and the best that can cover their skin. Taking their ‘Live the Best’ philosophy to Gurgaon, as a part of their ‘Luxe Drive’ customer engagement platform, Mercedes-Benz engaged customers through a combination of adrenalin, gourmet and haute couture.
Held on the February 28 and March 1, the ‘Luxe Drive’ event allowed potential customers to experience the rush of driving Mercedes-Benz cars, while Michelin star chef Vikas Khanna whipped out culinary delights in the background. Participants also had an opportunity to interact with the star chef and be a part of his luxury gourmet experience. Those who like wrapping themselves in the latest fashion from top international brands were able to sample it in the presence of a styling consultant, courtesy – The Collective.
This unique Mercedes-Benz Luxe Drive showcased the expertise and superior performance of Mercedes-Benz sedans and SUVs through a series of self-driving exercises on a specially designed test track. An ‘Offroad’ parcour structure has been imported from Germany especially for the SUV Demonstration and Self Drive experience. Self-drive and demonstrations comprised of SUVs like the GLA-, the GL- and the ML-Class, which demonstrated the – PROENGINEERING Package demonstration for 40 degree slope, Hill Hold Assist, Downhill Speed Regulation demonstration, 4-MATIC and AIRMATIC Suspension demonstration. The guests at Luxe Drive also got a demo for Pre-safe, ABS and EBD in AMGs and sedans like the C-Class and the E-Class experiencing the ‘Ah My God’ experience. After Gurgaon, ‘Luxe Drive’ will travel to Jaipur and Surat in the first phase.
