Mahindra Celebrates World Environment Day, Flags Off 100 E-Autorickshaws

One of the renowned Automobile manufacturers, Mahindra has flagged off 100 electric autorickshaws on World Environment Day. The main aim of this event is to spread awareness about the environment and promote electric vehicles in India.

About Mahindra flagged off Electric Autorickshaws

The automaker has flagged off 100 electric autorickshaws on World Environment Day. These autorickshaws were flagged off by Chief Guest – Shri. Jayesh Ranjan, IAS Principal Secretary, Industries and Commerce IT, Govt. of Telangana. Followed by the Sourabh Mishra, Head of Sales, Customer Care & Marketing, LMM, and Himanshu Aggarwal, Head of Sales & Exports, LMM.

Mahindra’s Last mile mobility claims that Telangana is one of the leading states in India which promotes electric vehicles. The state is building a sustainable ecosystem for the electric vehicles around it. Moreover, the brand is geared up to invest ₹1000 crores in the state.
