Mahindra has achieved a remarkable milestone for its iconic Bolero SUV as it has crossed 1 lakh sales in FY 2023. However, the brand has sold over 14 Lakh units since its first launch in 2000.

The SUV’s prime success proves that it’s a great deal with unmatched value, impressive abilities, and a tough appearance. The sales figures include both the Bolero Neo and Classic Bolero. The Classic Bolero has contributed to its 28% growth in FY’23 sales.

Engine and Transmission Options

Mahindra has recently tweaked the engines of both versions of Bolero to comply with the new RDE BS6 phase-2 norms. Both the Bolero Classic and Bolero Neo are powered by a 1.5L 3-cylinder m-hawk turbo diesel engine. While the Bolero Classic churns out 75hp and 210nm of output, the Bolero Neo produces 100ps and 260nm of output. Both these SUVs are coupled to a 5-Speed Manual Transmission.
