German Luxury car maker Audi today launched a limited edition of its sedan A6 in Mumbai which bring in a price tag of Rs. 37 lakh (ex- showroom Mumbai)
The Audi A6 which comes equipped with a 2.7 litre diesel engine has been launched as part of the company’s centenary year celebrations. Benoit Tiers, Managing Director, Audi India, said, “The Audi A6 is the most successful business sedan worldwide and one of the main contributors to our achievements in the Indian market.”
The 2,698cc sedan which is powered by a V6 engine and fitteD with turbo diesel in injection (TDI) technology will be available in showrooms across the country from January 1st, 2010. At present, Audi sells seven models in India including the sports utility vehicles Q7 and Q5, volume model A6, super luxury sedan A8, entry level luxury sedan A4, sports coupe TT and the super sports car Audi R8.
