Buying an electric car usually means thinking about charging soon after. A new partnership between ChargeZone and Landmark Cars is bringing that part of ownership into the purchase itself. EV buyers at Landmark dealerships will get charging credits that can be used on ChargeZone’s fast charging network.
The programme starts on September 9, 2026, which is World EV Day. It will cover customers buying electric vehicles from Landmark Cars dealerships across India.
What buyers will get
Customers can use a referral code provided through their Landmark dealership to get 51,000 Charging Credits on the ChargeZone network.
The offer brings public charging into the purchase process instead of leaving buyers to arrange it after taking delivery of the vehicle.
The main points are:
- 51,000 Charging Credits for eligible buyers
- Available through a Landmark dealership referral code
- Programme starts on September 9, 2026
- Covers EV buyers across India
- Works on ChargeZone’s nationwide fast charging network
Large dealership network
Landmark Cars has 140 facilities spread across 32 cities and 12 states and union territories. The partnership therefore gives the charging offer a wide retail reach.
ChargeZone says its network has more than 15,000 charging points. Its charging partnerships also include Tata.ev, Hyundai, Volvo, Mercedes-Benz, BMW and VinFast.
For an EV buyer, this can make the first few weeks of ownership easier. The car purchase and public charging access are connected through the dealership itself.
What leadership says
Kartikey Hariyani, Founder and CEO of ChargeZone, said charging infrastructure needs to be accessible at different stages of EV ownership. He said dealerships are an important starting point because that is where many buyers begin their EV journey.
Aryaman Thakker, Executive Director of Landmark Cars, said EV adoption needs more than the vehicle itself. He added that easier access to charging can improve the ownership experience.
Why this matters
The partnership is simple in its idea. A customer walks into a Landmark dealership to buy an EV and can also receive a charging benefit linked to that purchase.
It also connects three parts of EV ownership: the vehicle, the dealership and the charging network. For buyers who depend on public chargers, that connection can be useful.
ChargeZone is also working with carmakers, mobility platforms and other partners to expand charging access across cities and highways. The Landmark tie-up adds a retail angle to that work.
For premium and luxury EV buyers, this could also be a useful extra at the time of delivery. It gives customers a clearer starting point for public charging and may help reduce early questions about where to charge during daily travel and longer road trips.
