Jaguar has started accepting bookings for the exclusive F-Pace SVR Edition 1988, which will be the first limited edition of Jaguar’s pinnacle high-performance SUV, and is created by the personalization experts at SV Bespoke. Only 394 examples of F-Pace SVR are available worldwide and are inspired by the racing heritage of Jaguar. Jaguar has named it 1988 to honour the racing success of the World Sports-Prototype Championship-winning XJR-9 in 1988.
What makes it so special?
This limited edition SUV gets a specially formulated Midnight Amethyst Gloss paintwork which is exclusive to this model. It will have features like optional Champagne Gold Satin 55.88 cm (22) forged alloy wheels, Sunset Gold Satin exterior and interior detailing, and a ‘One of 394’ SV Bespoke commissioning graphic. It also will offer unique features such as a Sunset Gold Satin Jaguar leaper and script on the tailgate, and a laser-etched Edition 1988 logo at each front wing panel.
The Edition 1988 will also come with F-Pace SVR Black Pack components, Gloss Black finishes are extended to the door mirror caps, brake callipers, wheel centre caps and the letter R on the SVR badge. Apart from having ope-pore carbon fibre finishers of F-Pace SVR, Edition 1988 has semi-aniline Ebony leather upholstery and exclusive Sunset Gold Satin detailing across the dashboard, steering wheel spokes, gear shift paddles and the heated-and-cooled front Performance Seats with a Satin Black finish on Jaguar leaper and horn ring on the steering wheel and subtle SV Bespoke and Edition 1988 branding on the illuminated treadplates and dashboard. This special edition is powered by Jaguar’s 5.0 l V8 supercharged petrol engine and will be able to reach 0-100 km/h in just 4 seconds.
