Indian Motorcycles recently unveiled the Scout Bobber, street oriented Bobber version of their popular motorcycle, the Scout. Indian motorcycles announced that the model would arrive in showrooms in America later this year. Now, the Indian arm of the American motorcycle manufacturer has announced that the Scout Bobber will be launched in India soon.
Although Indian Motorcycles India has not shared an official launch date of the new Scout Bobber, the company has announced that they have begun accepting bookings for the model across all its dealership sin the country. Powering the Scout Bobber is the same 1133 cc V-Twin motor from the standard Scout. This engine is capable of producing 94 bhp and 97.7 Nm of torque.

Design wise, the Scout Bobber receives a blacked out look with a headlight nacelle, tracker style handlebar, bar-end mirrors, two-tone leather seat, vented exhaust shields, and a blacked out instrument panel. The company will also offer a bronze smoke paintjob that will be exclusive to the Scout Bobber.
A few other changes include a repositioned handlebar and footpegs, a lowered dual shock suspension unit at the rear, cartridge type forks with 119mm travel and a one inch reduction in ride height. The seat too, has been increased and now stands at 650mm.
