Hyundai Brazil Unveils HB20X Crossover at 2012 Sao Paulo International Motor Show

Hyundai Brazil has unveiled the HB20X at the 2012 Sao Paulo International Motor Show. HB stands for Hyundai Brazil and the latest version of the HB20 is a crossover variant of the popular car.

The HB20X gets a redesigned fascia with a new bumper, new front grille, new fog lamps, plastic cladding at wheel arches, silver ORVMs, new 15-inch alloy wheels and silver roof rails. The rear too gets a new bumper, revised tail gate and a rear wash/wipe.

Complimenting the rugged exterior is a tweaked interior with sporty pedals, chrome garnishing at door handles and air con controls and blue double stitches for the upholstery.

Powering the HB20X is a 128 hp 1.6-liter flex-fuel Gamma motor that can be had with either a manual or an automatic transmission. The HB20X comes in a front wheel drive layout and tha manufacturer currently has no plans for a four wheel drive variant.
