Off-late, we spoke of the recently unveiled Honda CBR500R and Honda CB500F. Honda has today unveiled a trio of new 500cc bikes two of which are those we have named above. The third bike of this trio is the all new Honda CB500X that uses the same 500cc liquid-cooled parallel-twin motor but is more focused on adventure riding. The CB500X is said to be inspired by the very popular Honda NC700X and is aimed at bikers looking for an affordable adventure-style motorcycle.
While the price of the new bike is still to be announced, we expect it to sport a price tag of about $5750. While the mechanicals of the new bike remain largely similar to the other two, the 500X has got a different seat that is more suited to long rides and has a height adjustable windscreen.
Honda will offer a range of accessories like saddlebags and heated grips. The bike will come in ABS and Non-ABS variants.
