Honda announces its association with Tour De India (TDI) 2013

Honda Motorcycle and scooter India, (HMSI), the 2nd largest 2Wheeler company in India yesterday announces its association with Tour de India (TDI) 2013, the biggest cycling race in the country organized by ID Sports. Honda’s CBR 250R is the official lead bike for the TDI 2013 races which will be hosted on 15th, 17th and 22nd December 2013 in Mumbai, Jaipur and Delhi respectively.

Tour de India is India’s 1st and largest International Cycling event which aims to promote cycling as a sport in India and inspires current and future generations to take up cycling. Actor John Abraham, a bike enthusiast himself is the face of Tour de India for the next three years.

Panned across 3 cities, by associating with Tour de India 2013 Honda connects with the youth and urban affluent population of the country. Honda CBR250R brings the iconic racing feel to Indian roads. Since its introduction in March 2011, CBR 250R has been winning the hearts of Indian biking enthusiasts with its economy and extreme versatility. The model incorporates the advanced Combined Anti-lock Braking System – a World first in 250cc motorcycle segment.
