Despite rural distress negatively impacting the entry level 110cc motorcycle segment since last November 2014, Honda’s motorcycle sales were robust during festive season. The Honda CB Shine and Dream Yuga emerged as top-sellers in semi-urban and rural markets respectively.
Interestingly Honda’s newly-launched 110cc motorcycle LIVO crossed five figure sales mark during Navratra -Dusshera period, reflecting the paradigm shift in consumption pattern of the entry level segment and preference for stylish aspirational product in this 110 cc motorcycles category.
