Hero Motorcorp has announced an off-road-focused kit for the Xpulse 200 4V. This kit will come at a price tag of ₹46,000. However, customers will have to wait a little while before getting the Rally kit for their Xpulse 200 4V. With a bunch of off-road essential bits, the Rally Kit is all you need to go off-roading with your Xpulse 200 4V. It comes with a preload-adjustable cartridge-style fork with a whopping 250mm of travel at the front and a preload-adjustable rear mono-shock has 220mm. The kit also offers a vast ground clearance of 275 mm. It also comes with a taller side-stand to keep the bike upright.

This Rally Kit features a flatter and significantly taller bench-style seat for better control during off-riding, taller risers for better ergonomics while you ride standing up, and an extended gear lever to help shift gears. The kit also has sports Maxxis tires which come with a block-shaped tread pattern to provide better traction in low-grip scenarios

For improved performance and rideability, especially when paired with the shorter gearing, the Xpulse 200 4V Rally Kit gets the power from the same single-cylinder air-and-oil-cooled engine, updated with a four-valve head. The 199.6cc engine of Xpluse produces 19.1 hp at 8,500 rpm and 17.35 Nm torque at 6,500 rpm, and is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The same basic chassis and brake components come with a 276 mm front disc and a 220mm rear unit, paired with a single-channel ABS unit. It gets the same fuel tank with a 13-liter capacity. The Xpulse gets proper off-road-sized spoked rims with a 90/90-21 at the front and a 120/80-18 at the rear for better off-roading.

As mentioned before, the kit comes for an additional ₹46,000 over the base price of the standard bike, which is priced at ₹1.36 lakh (ex-showroom). This Rally kit will also be available individually for purchase just like the earlier two-valve Xpulse 200, each of the three aforementioned kits (suspension, ergonomics and tires). Pricing for the individual rally kit will be announced in the coming months.
