Hero Eco Pvt Ltd, joins the green brigade by acquiring British electric bike maker Ultra Motors. Hero has long been associated with the British brand.Hero used to be responsible for the EV manufacturer’s Indian operations. The company consists of brands like Hero Electric, Hero Exports, Hero Cycles, Mediva, Winn and Hero Ecotech. The manufacturer plans to invest Rs 450 Crore in to their eco-friendly brands over next five years.
