Hero MotoCorp has chosen today to launch the brand new Maestro Edge 125 and an updated variant of the Pleasure in the Indian market. Following the launch of three new bikes earlier this month, the Xpulse 200, the Xpulse 200T and the Xtreme 200 S, Hero seems to be on a launch spree, with 5 new products out this month. 11:30 AM: The 125 cc segment of scooters has grown 4 times in the last 5 years, and now holds 20% of the market share.
11:32 AM: The carburettor fed engine delivers 9% more power, 17% more torque and 16% more acceleration than a 110 cc motor.
11:35 AM: The Maestro Edge 125 will come with i3S technology, mobile charging port, telescopic suspension, external fuel filling cap, disc brake, analogue digital meter and much more.
11:40 AM: A variety of colours are on offer on the Maestro Edge 125. The FI variant will come in shades of Pearl Fadeless White and Panther Black, while the Carb variant will be offered in Matte Blue, Matte Vender Grey and Matte Red.

11:43 AM: The Pleasure+ will come loaded with features like a large under seat storage, integrated braking system, open glovebox, front mobile charger, longer seat, a modern speedometer and more.
11:45 AM: Prices of the Hero Maestro Edge are INR 60,000 for the disc and INR 58,500 for the drum variant of the carburettor fed model, while the FI variant is priced at INR 62,700.
