According to report by ACI GM India has launched the ‘myChevrolet India’ app. This app will assist customers with tools relevant to their vehicles post purchase. The app is available on the Android and iOS platforms for GM India customers for free.
Speaking on the launch of the ‘myChevrolet India’ app, Mr. Rajesh Singh, Vice President, sales, marketing and after-sales for GM India said, “GM India goes the extra mile to enhance its customer experience. We have developed the ‘myChevrolet India ’ mobile app to provide features that give real- time benefits to the customer and provides a one stop shop. We feel the application will allow them to experience GM India services in an exciting new digital platform. This is another step in leveraging the potential of mobile technology to offer convenience and value to our customers,” he added.
As per Chevrolet, the “myChevrolet India” app enables customers to directly get in touch with the company, schedule a service for their Chevrolet car and also access vehicle information. Another important feature of the app is the ‘Parking Reminder’ , which helps you locate your car using Google Maps.
Chevrolet owners can download the app from the iOS store(iPhone users) and Google Play Store(Android users).
