Ford India extended its sales and service network in the financial capital of India, Mumbai, with the inauguration of new Satyam Ford showroom and workshop facility in Thane. The inauguration ceremony was attended by Vinay Raina, vice president, Sales, Ford India along with Avtar Singh Ahedi, Dealer Principal, Satyam Ford. The new facility is located at A1/A2, Ghodbunder Road (Service Road), Near Hiranandani estate flyover, Patlipada, the facility will spread across 28,000 square foot and 24 service bays.
The showroom will showcase Ford’s newly launched product range including compact sedan Figo Aspire, hatchback New Figo and Compact and capable SUV new Ford EcoSport.
The new service facility from Satyam Ford will offer Ford’s customer-oriented service offerings such as ‘Happy Pocket Service’. Designed to redefine the ownership experience by offering customers extremely competitive and highly transparent ‘fixed’ pricing of just Rs. 2,199 for scheduled fixed service, Ford ‘Happy Pocket Service’ is among the price leaders for scheduled service and will offer incredible value for money and peace of mind to customers.
In addition, Ford continues to offer several customer-focused initiatives such as parts at sub-assembly levels for repairs, pan-India Roadside Assistance, 90 minute-Quick Service Bays, Mobile Service Vans, Vehicle report card and Quick Lane. Ford now has 352 sales and service facilities across 189 cities in India
