David Brown-Bharat Forge celebrated the opening of its first industrial gearbox service and assembly facility in Hosur, Tamil Nadu on Thursday.
The state of the art facility was inaugurated by chief guest Mr SP Singh, Director NTPC Ltd at a ceremony attended by distinguished guests as well as the Chief Executive of David Brown- Bharat Forge, Venkatesh Subramanyam, Executive Director of Bharat Forge, Subodh Tandale and David Brown’s Commercial Director Gavin Money.
The facility is fully equipped with an industrial crane and has the capability to service, repair, upgrade and provide strategic gearbox maintenance as well as supply new gearboxes for customers in industries such as power generation, metals, cement and renewables as well as the defence sector.
