Corrit Electric Launches Transit E-Bike

Noida-based, Corrit Electric offers sustainable mobility solutions and has launched their long-awaited e-bike ‘Transit’ on the 11th of January, 2023. The company, founded in 2020 by Mayur Misra, is presently selling three e-bikes – Hover 1.0, Hover 2.0, and Hover 2.0+.

Corrit Electric aims to introduce a new array of affordable electric vehicles requiring less maintenance. Thus, after a long wait, the electric bike ‘Transit’ was unveiled today. This electric bike aims to bring a revolution to fulfill the B2B Consumer delivery needs.

Transit E-Bike: Battery & Range

These variants are the most efficient of all and come with a top speed of 70kmph and all three modes of speed are made available to these variants. Both bikes are powered by a 60V, 2.8 kW battery capacity (Li-ion) with a range of 125 km on a full charge.

Furthermore, the bikes come with a load capacity of 200 Kg. With a wheelbase of 1350 mm and a ground clearance of 190 mm, the bike promises a smooth driving experience.

About Transit E-Bike & Other Product Launches

There will also be another launch at the event. The new bike which will be launched is ‘Transit B2C’. ‘Transit Commute’, will be slightly different from the ‘Transit B2b’ as it will have a separate storage box of 65-Litres.

The last-mile delivery and logistics sector is expanding rapidly. Greener technology is being preferred by all firms and business houses, green legislation is being passed by both the central as well as state governments to promote green technology and to reach a clean solution for their customers. This Electric bike ‘Transit’ can be customized according to the brand guidelines.

The EV startup has raised $9 Mn in its Series A funding round led by early-stage venture capital fund SphitiCap. Both variants of the e-bike, ‘Transit’ and ‘Transit Commute’ are displayed in the Auto-Expo till 18th January. And these will be made available for booking on the brand’s website in the pre-booking section.
