Set to be unveiled this fall, Mercedes says the model will be “what you get when driving performance is more than just a phrase.” The video goes on to say “This is what you get when a company unleashes its creative and engineering forces to combine the absolute best of all it has done into a single, monumental, unwavering engineering achievement.”

Mercedes will divulge more details of the upcoming model in the coming months but they have already released images of the car’s interior, which shows that the AMG GT will boast of two-tone leather sport seats, a flat-bottomed steering wheel and carbon fiber trim.
Performance figures are yet to be disclosed but previous reports suggest that the upcoming AMG GT will be powered by a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 that has a max power of 520 bhp (387 kW). Also on the cars could be an entry-level variant with max power of 480 bhp (358 kW) and a Black Series with a max power of 580 bhp (432 kW).
