Seen here are images and details of the new India-bound Renault Duster facelift. The Renault Duster facelift comes sometime after the advent of the Dacia Duster facelift, which was unveiled at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show.

There is not much to tell apart the Renault Duster from the Dacia version. Apart from sporting different badges, the only other difference one would find would lie at the front grille. While the Dacia Duster gets a honeycomb chrome grille, the Renault iteration has to do with a simpler dual-slat chrome grille.

Other than this, we find absolutely no difference between the Dacia and the Renault Duster.

The Renault Duster has borrowed the new “double-optic” headlights from the Dacia cousin and same goes for roof rails and 16-inch Dark Metal alloy wheels.

On the inside, the Renault Duster facelift gets steering-mounted controls, revised instrument cluster, updated center console, centre armrest and a new Renault infotainment system.

It isn’t yet for sure but there are good chances that the engine options would be carried over from the pre-facelift model. Also, there are good chances that the Duster facelift would have got the new 1.2-liter TCe turbocharged petrol engine that is available with the Dacia Duster facelift. Other engines would include a 1.6-liter four cylinder normally aspirated petrol and the highly acclaimed 1.5-liter K9K turbo diesel engine.

The Renault Duster facelift has good chances of making it to India in February next year, at the 2014 Indian Auto Expo.
