Car rental agencies today offer an array of vehicles on rent including regular everyday cars and premium segment cars and even high end luxury cars and supercars. What caught our attention this time was the Chrysler 300C stretch limousine owned by one such agency known as Eco rent- a-car. This car, roughly the length of 3 Nano’s is available on rent starting at a meagre price of Rs. 15,000 as described on their website.
The company is also giving out the limo at Rs. 100,000 for a 1 night/2 day package and Rs. 1, 80, 000 for a 2 night/3 day package. Both the deals reportedly come inclusive of a one-night stay in a 5-star hotel but limited to the cities of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. Various other companies in the north of the country, mainly Punjab and Delhi, are also known to give out these expensive rides on rent, mostly for wedding occasions.
An ideal choice if you want a fancy entry into your wedding or feel the need to impress your foreign business associates, this limo is available on rent for various purposes such as weddings, celebrations, corporate events, product promotion as well. The interiors of this elongated vehicle include luxurious features ranging from a TV to a bar, a chiller tray, mood lighting and a full length sofa, taking the seating capacity to a total of 8 people in the rear cabin.
This limousine, based on the Chrysler 300C, is powered by a Mercedes Benz sourced 3.0 litre V6 diesel engine that produces a power output of 218 PS and a peak torque of 510 Nm. Power is sent to the wheels with the help of an eight speed automatic transmission. The car has the ability to sprint from 0-100 in 7.9 seconds while the top speed stands at 230 kmph.
