Aston Martin has unveiled the SP10 special edition variant of the V8 Vantage S. The SP10 has been inspired from the Aston Martin Vantage GT4 race car and is available as a roadster and coupe. The Vantage SP10 is almost identical to the V8 Vantage S but comes with a six-speed manual transmission.

Customers can also opt for a Sportshift II automated manual seven-speed transmission that was introduced with the V8 Vantage S. Powering the SP10 is a 4.7-litre V8 engine that has a max power output of 436 bhp and peak torque figure of 490 Nm. This enables the Vantage SP10 to dismiss 100 kmph figure from standstill in a quick 4.5 seconds. The car has a top whack of 305 km/h.

Both the Coupé and the Roadster variants of the SP10 come draped in Ceramic Grey Metallic and the Roadster gets a Titan Grey convertible top. The car rides on 19-inch cast alloy rims with V-shaped spokes painted in high-gloss black. The car gets black brake callipers. Other visual and functional changes include front splitter, carbon rear diffuser and clear rear lamps.

The SP10 Coupe features Vantage S seats and steering wheel draped in Black Alcantara. The car also gets Black Alcantara for roof liner.

The Roadster comes with black leather seats along with a black leather steering wheel.
