Royal Enfield Flying Flea C6 Gets New Parachute White Colour

Earlier this year, Royal Enfield made its entry into the evolving electric space with the Flying Flea C6. Now, the company is expanding the colour palette for the electric bike with a new Parachute White shade. The new colour brings a white body with black and blue details, giving the C6 a different look from the existing options. There are no changes to the battery, motor or equipment.

New Colour Scheme

The Parachute White paint covers most of the motorcycle’s body panels. The battery casing, motor area and wheels get black finishes, creating a contrast with the lighter body.

Blue details can also be seen on the side sections. The same colour is used on the seat and handlebar grips.

With this addition, the Flying Flea C6 is now offered in three colours:

The new shade also works with the C6’s distinctive design, which includes an exposed structure, round display and girder-style front suspension.

Battery and Motor

The C6 uses a 3.91kWh battery pack paired with a permanent magnet synchronous motor. The motor produces 15.4kW of peak power and 60Nm of torque.

  • Battery: 3.91kWh
  • Motor: 15.4kW PMSM
  • Torque: 60Nm
  • Claimed IDC range: 154km
  • Top speed: 115kmph

The battery pack uses NCA cells and sits inside a magnesium casing. Power is sent to the rear wheel through a two-stage belt system.

Charging

Charging hardware is built into the motorcycle. This means the C6 can be connected directly to a regular 16A socket without carrying a separate charging unit.

Royal Enfield claims:

  • 20-80 per cent charging: around 65 minutes
  • 0-100 per cent charging: around 2 hours 16 minutes

Ride and Braking Hardware

The C6 rides on 19-inch wheels at both ends. It uses a girder-linkage hydraulic suspension setup at the front with 100mm of travel. A rear monoshock provides 110mm of travel.

Braking hardware includes disc brakes at both ends.

  • Front brake: 260mm disc
  • Rear brake: 220mm disc
  • Front wheel: 19-inch
  • Rear wheel: 19-inch

The motorcycle also gets dual-channel ABS, rear ABS control and lean-sensitive electronic safety systems.

Features

Despite its retro-inspired appearance, the C6 has a fairly modern equipment list. It gets a 3.5-inch circular TFT touchscreen running Flying Flea’s Fleaware OS. Bluetooth connectivity, navigation and connected functions are part of the package.

Some of the other features include:

  • Phone-as-key
  • Cruise control
  • Electronic handlebar lock
  • Remote tip-over alerts
  • Location sharing
  • Five ride modes
  • Crawl Mode
  • Auto-Hold
  • 27W USB-C charging
  • 15W wireless charging

Price and Availability

The Flying Flea C6 is priced at Rs. 2.79 lakh (ex-showroom, Bengaluru). The new Parachute White shade has been confirmed for India, and the existing price applies to the C6 range, based on available information.

For now, the motorcycle is available through a single dealership in Bengaluru. Royal Enfield is expected to expand availability to more Indian cities.
